Stirring (Without Context) or Alleviating (With Context)

It is literally impossible to provide full context to every single move. At times, it is counterproductive too. But unless you're purposely aiming to stir things up through confusion or even rage, as part of a larger strategy, you could see if there's a way to make yourself come across as more balanced and clear so you don't lose trust or even gain more of it - and if that would ultimately be more helpful.
